About the Role
Join Cintas as a Management Trainee in our exciting remote program designed to kickstart your professional career. As a Management Trainee, you'll gain in-depth knowledge of our business through hands-on rotations in various departments, preparing you for leadership roles within the company.
What You'll Do
- Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
- Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
- Participate in professional development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits.
Requirements
- Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months.
- Have an active driver's license.
- Preferred co-op or internship experience in Customer Service, Sales, Production, or Administrative roles.
- A business or otherwise related academic major.
- Leadership/management role on campus or related extracurricular activities.
- Willingness to relocate regionally during, or at the end of, the program.

- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
