Maintenance Technician - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our ambitious technical team at Ankerbrot. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a modern production environment while ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of production machinery, ensuring that our standards of safety and quality are met. This is a full-time remote position based in Lichtenwörth, Austria, where you will contribute significantly to our operations.

What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production machines and equipment.
• Optimize machinery to enhance production efficiency and performance.
• Conduct fault diagnosis and resolve issues with machines and systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities.
• Document all maintenance and repair actions taken on equipment.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth production processes.

Requirements

• Completed education in mechatronics, electronics, or a comparable technical field.
• Experience with production machinery and systems, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
• Strong knowledge in mechanics, electronics, and control technology.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.
• Team-oriented with a high level of motivation and responsibility.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends as needed.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within the food production sector.
• Additional certifications in maintenance or machinery operation.
• Familiarity with modern production technologies.
