You will play a crucial role in coordinating and supervising maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational continuity.

What You'll Do

• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance activities for machinery and infrastructure.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, managing internal personnel and external suppliers.
• Implement innovative organizational models and methodologies aligned with Industry 4.0.
• Ensure adherence to defined SLAs and minimize machine downtime through effective planning.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills and management systems like Mexal to streamline operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Technical Diploma.
• Proven experience in managing technical teams and complex contracts.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multi-site deadlines.
• Proactive mindset to prevent issues and manage technical emergencies effectively.
• Fluent in advanced Excel and management systems.
