Maintenance Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator - Remote Opportunity to join our team at Grupo Fuertes. In this role, you will coordinate the work of a team of 12 electromechanical technicians, optimizing response times for breakdowns and executing scheduled maintenance. This position offers the flexibility of remote work while ensuring that our production plant in the food sector operates smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate the team of electromechanical technicians in the plant.
• Prioritize interventions and optimize response times to maintenance issues.
• Directly intervene in resolving breakdowns and technical challenges.
• Train and develop the electromechanical team in collaboration with official technical services.
• Maintain accurate records of work and planning in SAP.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience coordinating industrial maintenance teams.
• Technical education in Electronic Maintenance or related fields.
• Proficiency in SAP and maintenance management indicators.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Fluency in additional languages.
