Machine Learning Engineer - Remote Opportunity in Germany

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative team at 3ds.gr. This Machine Learning Engineer remote position offers you the opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies and contribute to impactful projects across Germany and Europe.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models into production.
• Work with large-scale datasets to train, validate, and optimize models.
• Implement solutions in areas such as predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems.
• Build and maintain ML pipelines and MLOps workflows.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to ensure model performance and continuous improvement.
• Monitor model performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency of ML systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science roles.
• Strong proficiency in Python, including frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience with model deployment and MLOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.
• Solid understanding of statistics, algorithms, and data structures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with data governance and ethics in AI.
