About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Lounge Manager to join our team at The French Hospitality Group. This is a unique opportunity to manage a VIP lounge at Paris airports, ensuring a premium experience for our high-contribution passengers. As a Lounge Manager, you will oversee daily operations and lead a team to deliver exceptional service. What You'll Do

• Supervise and motivate a team while upholding presentation and quality standards.
• Ensure high-end service and an impeccable customer experience for all lounge guests.
• Manage schedules, briefings, attendance, and relationships with service providers.
• Oversee administrative tasks including invoicing, attendance sheets, and monthly reports.
• Act as the primary contact for partner airlines, fostering strong relationships.
• Manage inventory and ensure continuous supply chain operations.

Requirements

• Education: Bac +2 in hospitality, tourism, or business management (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or airline environment.
• Languages: Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
• Tools: Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, invoicing systems).
• Assets: HACCP certification, customer service orientation, attention to detail, and impeccable presentation.
