About the Role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing customer orders and ensuring smooth transportation logistics. What You'll Do

• Oversee the processing and management of customer orders.
• Organize shipping orders for both national and international deliveries.
• Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and our warehouse.
• Manage transportation logistics to our customers efficiently.
• Prepare necessary documentation and handle order processing in our ERP system.
• Conduct cost controlling for transportation.
• Handle export and customs clearance for international customer orders.
• Collaborate closely with the transport logistics management team.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience in trade, freight forwarding, or logistics is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of export and customs regulations.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
• Familiarity with process optimization and supplier management.
