About the Role

Join the 1st Franklin team as a Loan Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for a Loan Sales Representative to leverage interpersonal skills and business knowledge to meet the needs of our customers. As a Loan Sales Representative, you will work closely with the Branch Manager and staff to build relationships and identify customer needs, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Recommend products and services to support individual and branch sales goals while meeting customer expectations.
  • Market branch products and services to both existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct assigned collection calls of customer accounts to arrange payments.
  • Originate new loans with new and existing customers.
  • Develop knowledge of credit underwriting methods and sales tools.
  • Ensure customer information is accurate and document interactions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed branch and individual goals.
  • Engage in dialogues with customers to identify and respond to their needs in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to meet current licensing requirements of various states and federal regulators.
  • Advanced interpersonal relationship skills across various social and business settings.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite products.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of business and personal information.
  • Action and results-focused mindset.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile (desirable).
