• Resolve any queries or issues promptly, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in team events and contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for leisure and fitness, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to tailor service based on individual member needs.
• Team player with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
