What You'll Do

• Provide personalized service to our members and guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage your own station, including mise-en-place, consultation, and follow-up.
• Assist in various areas, focusing on the sauna bistro while occasionally supporting the restaurant, events, and breakfast service.
• Ensure smooth operations during events, collaborating closely with the kitchen and event team.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and service quality.

Requirements

• Completed training in gastronomy or hospitality, or relevant experience in service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team.
• Fluent in German and good command of English.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays (5-day work week).
• Participation in the training according to § 43 Infection Protection Act, or willingness to do so before starting work.
