Business Center Specialist for Small Enterprises - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Center Specialist for Small Enterprises to join our team at UniCredit. This remote position involves establishing active business relationships and managing a portfolio of clients, including small businesses and entrepreneurs. You will play a crucial role in achieving the sales center's goals and maximizing portfolio revenue.

What You'll Do

• Establish and maintain active business relationships with clients.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts for small enterprises and entrepreneurs to achieve sales targets.
• Maximize income and portfolio volume while minimizing risk.
• Contact clients who are late in payments and ensure long-term client satisfaction through high-quality service.
• Acquire new clients and provide consulting services on banking products.
• Participate actively in sales campaigns and cross-selling initiatives.
• Prepare credit recommendations for loan requests requiring higher-level approval.
• Manage risks in accordance with approved credit granting rules.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience in sales and client management.
• Knowledge of banking products and services.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the FinTech industry.
• Fluency in English and Serbian.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
