What You'll Do

• Provide legal expertise and negotiation support for vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Drive the vendor management process, collaborating with internal teams to enhance contract execution and compliance.
• Work on projects related to privacy, patents, and trademarks as Anchorage Digital expands its offerings.
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues and propose creative solutions.
• Participate in the entire lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to execution and interpretation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal roles, with a focus on vendor contracts and compliance in the crypto or financial sectors.
• Strong understanding of contractual negotiations, privacy laws, and trademark regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
