Legal Intern - Social Law Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Legal Intern with a focus on social law to join our team remotely. As a Legal Intern, you will work closely with the Human Resources department and assist in various legal matters related to social law. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to a company that values its employees and their development.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and participate in meetings with employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT, and commissions).
• Assist in the negotiation of various agreements and draft project agreements.
• Support HR Managers in managing individual and collective relations.
• Prepare and lead training sessions on social law for HR teams.
• Participate in the monitoring and management of legal disputes.
• Ensure legal monitoring and compliance within the organization.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Social Law or studying at a law school.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Previous internship experience in a legal environment is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of French labor law.
• Experience with legal documentation and contract drafting.
• Familiarity with HR processes and policies.
