About the Role

CLS Living is seeking an energetic and motivated Leasing Manager remote to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the face of the community—delivering exceptional customer service, driving leasing performance, and creating a welcoming environment for both current and prospective residents. You’ll play a key role in team development, marketing initiatives, and the overall success of the property.

What You'll Do

• Support the Community Manager in cultivating a motivated, high-performing team.
• Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a results-driven mindset.
• Drive leasing and marketing efforts to achieve occupancy goals within budget.
• Oversee leasing goals, renewal programs, and resident retention strategies.
• Conduct outreach marketing with local businesses and employers.
• Deliver first-class service to residents and prospects, resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records in property management software.
• Support the achievement of NOI targets through effective leasing and cost management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years of leasing experience in student or multifamily housing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and property management software.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and EEO.
• Experience in hiring, staff development, budgeting, and marketing strategy.
• A natural leader who thrives on building high-performing teams.
