Lead Product Manager - Cybersecurity Solutions (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to join our team at Immersive Labs, a leading cybersecurity platform. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the UK while leading the evolution of our flagship product, Immersive One. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our platform and ensuring we maintain our market leadership.

What You'll Do

• Define the vision and prioritize initiatives for your product area to achieve maximum business outcomes.
• Analyze customer feedback and market trends to drive product enhancements and new features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Designers and Engineers, to ensure successful product delivery.
• Develop a clear Product Roadmap and communicate it effectively across teams.
• Set and track success metrics to measure the impact of product changes.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and validate product assumptions.
• Inspire and motivate the Product delivery teams to achieve the product vision.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in enterprise or SaaS technology.
• Experience in the cybersecurity sector is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to engage and negotiate with stakeholders across diverse teams.
• Experience in agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts such as DevSecOps and application security is a plus.

• Experience working with channel partners.
• Understanding of risk management in cybersecurity.
