Lead Product Designer - Global Spirituality Platform

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our team at OBRIO, a product IT company creating Nebula, the largest spirituality brand with over 70 million users. This Lead Product Designer remote position offers a unique opportunity to shape the user experience of a global product that impacts millions of lives.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design culture within the team, establishing shared standards and values.
• Manage a team of designers, including hiring, onboarding, and development.
• Optimize design processes and participate in strategic product design planning.
• Develop and maintain a modern design system that ensures high-quality UX/UI.
• Implement best practices in UX, including A/B testing and user research.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance team efficiency and design quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and impact on product metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record of implementing comprehensive design systems.
• Expertise in mobile (iOS, Android) and web design.
• User-first mindset with a focus on metrics and product needs.
• Experience in leading or mentoring design teams.
• Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
• Results-oriented and open to innovation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with spiritual or wellness products.
• Knowledge of the latest design trends and tools.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies.
