• Utilize SAP, SAGE HR Software, and DATEV Software to manage payroll data effectively.

• Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and industry standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on global payroll operations.
• Proficiency in SAP and payroll software such as SAGE HR and DATEV.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in leading teams and managing payroll compliance.
• Knowledge of payroll best practices and statutory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
