Lead Motion Designer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Stellar Tech is seeking a Lead Motion Designer to join our Creative Production Department in a remote capacity. As a Lead Motion Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our creative output by creating and scaling performance video creatives. This position combines hands-on motion design work with leadership responsibilities, including managing a team of designers and optimizing our production pipeline using AI tools.

What You'll Do

• Create and oversee the quality of performance video creatives for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google.
• Generate and test creative hypotheses to enhance performance.
• Analyze creative performance metrics including CTR, CPA, and ROI to drive improvements.
• Manage a team of motion designers, focusing on hiring, development, and providing constructive feedback.
• Optimize the production pipeline for speed and scalability.
• Implement AI tools into workflows to enhance creative output.
• Collaborate with creative producers to align on project goals.
• Participate in shaping the overall creative strategy for the company.

Requirements

• Expert level proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Strong skills in Figma and experience creating performance creatives for paid advertising.
• Understanding of animation principles, video editing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with AI tools and A/B testing of creatives.
• Basic understanding of key performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROI.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
