Lead Full Stack Developer - Remote Opportunity with Relocation

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team remotely, with potential relocation to Bahrain after 2-3 months. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in full-stack development to lead projects and mentor a team of developers. What You'll Do

• Lead the design and development of scalable full-stack solutions using .NET Core, .NET Razor, and modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, and Vue.js.
• Oversee application architecture, ensuring performance, security, maintainability, and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance on API security, cryptographic protocols, and secure coding practices.
• Manage and mentor a team of full stack developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing coding standards.
• Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Contribute to development tasks, implementing backend services and modern front-end applications.
• Guide the team in building containerized applications using Docker and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure applications follow organizational security policies and modern security practices.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, MS SQL, and React.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud services (AWS).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to guide others.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and TDD.
• Exposure to additional JS frameworks (Angular, Svelte).
