Lead Full Stack Developer - Fintech Focus

About the Role

We're seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer for our fintech development team at BrainRocket. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while leading a talented team in creating innovative payment solutions. As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you'll leverage your expertise in Node.js and React to drive the development of our fintech platform.

What You'll Do

• Lead a cross-functional team in the development of a payment integration platform.
• Contribute to architecture, delivery, and team growth.
• Build and manage complex payment API integrations with banks and third-party services.
• Ensure consistency and stability across the product through full-stack development.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders in agile workflows.
• Support the evolution of the architecture towards modern patterns like microservices.
• Motivate and mentor team members, fostering a transparent and communicative environment.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in IT, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
• 3+ years of commercial experience with Node.js and React.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ECMAScript 6 standards.
• Experience implementing REST and WebSockets.
• Familiarity with Git version control system.
• Experience with MySQL, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
• B2 level of English proficiency.
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or payment systems.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Strong organizational abilities and leadership skills.
