About the Role

Under Armour is seeking a Lead Channel Marketing professional for a remote position based in France. This role is pivotal in driving brand experience across wholesale channels, ensuring effective marketing strategies that resonate with consumers. You will have the opportunity to shape the marketing landscape for a leading sports brand, making a significant impact on the consumer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive omni-channel marketing plans that align with Under Armour's European brand strategy.
  • Drive sell-through of Under Armour products through strategic marketing initiatives in both online and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with account partners and agencies to co-create content that aligns with Under Armour's creative direction.
  • Manage seasonal updates of in-store environments and online brand stores, ensuring consistency and premium presentation.
  • Oversee annual account marketing budgets, working closely with finance to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Act as the primary contact for channel marketing discussions, fostering strong relationships with account partners.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, establishing clear ROI metrics.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Account, Retail, or Brand Marketing, ideally within the sports or lifestyle sector.
  • Proven ability to thrive in global matrix environments and influence teams without direct authority.
  • Expert-level communication skills in both French and English, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data and measure performance effectively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital marketing trends and retail environments in France and EMEA.
  • Familiarity with competitor landscape and consumer buying behaviors.
