Lead AI/​ML Engineer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI/ML Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will lead the execution of high-priority AI/ML projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest technical standards. As a Lead AI/ML Engineer, you will translate enterprise AI strategies into actionable project plans and technical specifications.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end execution of AI/ML projects, managing dependencies and mitigating risks.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of project progress.
• Manage the AI Review Board (AIRB) submission process, guiding teams through ethical and compliance reviews.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of senior AI/ML Engineers and Data Scientists.
• Drive the implementation of MLOps strategies, overseeing CI/CD pipeline construction and optimization.
• Conduct code reviews and design sessions to ensure the quality and scalability of AI solutions.
• Implement production monitoring solutions to track model performance and ensure reliability.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in the AI/ML field, with 4-5 years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with AI governance and risk management processes.
• Strong project management skills with expertise in agile methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of the machine learning lifecycle, from data acquisition to model deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
