KYC Analyst with French - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a KYC Analyst with French to join our team at Tide. This KYC Analyst remote position involves engaging with our active members through chat and email, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and enhancing our customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with active members in a non-call center environment via chat and email.
• Review and verify member data and documentation as part of the company’s Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) processes.
• Conduct full account reviews on existing members, including periodic and event-driven assessments.
• Perform in-depth online research on companies and related entities.
• Review and assess transaction activities to ensure compliance.
• Manage various types of escalations and handle different off-boarding processes.
• Identify areas for process improvements and propose new solutions.
• Respond to queries from internal teams and collaborate closely with them.
• Assist with various Ad-Hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written French language skills (B2+).
• Strong spoken and written English language skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role.
• Basic knowledge of UK/EU banking and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
• Experience in KYC/Compliance and understanding of CDD/EDD principles is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to digest large data sets and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized.
• Strong initiative and curiosity about KYC principles and processes.
• Collaborative mindset to work across various departments.
