Kfz-Mechatroniker - Remote Opportunities

About the Role

We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Kfz-Mechatroniker (Automotive Mechatronics Technician) to join our team at UPS. This role offers the chance to work remotely while ensuring the operational safety of our fleet. As a Kfz-Mechatroniker remote, you will play a vital role in maintaining our iconic brown delivery vehicles, from vintage trucks to the latest electric models.

What You'll Do

• Ensure the traffic and operational safety of our UPS fleet from Monday to Friday, with no weekend duties.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and restoration work, including thorough documentation of all activities.
• Provide roadside assistance and manage spare parts procurement.
• Collaborate with a talented team to enhance vehicle performance and safety.
• Utilize your technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Kfz-Mechatroniker or Kfz-Mechaniker.
• Strong understanding of technical and physical processes.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrotechnical operations.
• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering and gas shielded welding is desirable.
• Valid Class C1 driving license (up to 7.5 tons).

Nice to Have

• Experience in a similar role within the logistics or automotive industry.
• Familiarity with modern vehicle technologies and maintenance practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
