What You'll Do

• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Manage a section of the kitchen, demonstrating your culinary skills and knowledge of modern cooking techniques.
• Support in planning and executing catering events and banqueting services.
• Work primarily evening shifts, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Take on responsibilities in the absence of the Head Chef, showcasing leadership potential.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a chef de partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of modern culinary techniques and kitchen management.
• Team player with reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Residing in Venice or willing to commute to San Servolo Island daily.
• A passion for quality cuisine and a desire for professional growth.
