Junior People Business Partner - Remote Opportunity

In this role, you will be at the forefront of HR processes, ensuring smooth operations while contributing to recruitment and people partnering activities.

What You'll Do

  • Manage HR operations to ensure processes run smoothly and support employees throughout their journey.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Maintain and enhance HR systems and employee data (e.g., HRIS).
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process for roles in the Nordics.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job profiles and hiring strategies.
  • Advise managers on people-related topics, supporting performance management and team development.
  • Engage in initiatives that strengthen team culture and employee engagement.
  • Work closely with the People Business Partner for the Netherlands to align HR strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Knowledge of Dutch employment law and HR regulations.
  • Experience with HR processes and international payroll-related activities.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with hiring managers and candidates.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in German is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with HR and Talent Acquisition software.
