What You'll Do

• Monitor network performance, identify issues, and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
• Troubleshoot network problems and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime.
• Ensure network security, compliance, and redundancy best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams on network projects to achieve seamless integration.
• Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures for future reference.
• Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and implementations to keep our infrastructure up to date.
• Support network-related aspects of IT projects and initiatives, contributing to cross-functional teamwork.

Requirements

• 0-4 years of experience in network administration, network engineering, or related IT roles.
• Knowledge of networking protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Basic understanding of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address network issues effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and structured working style to manage tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Fluent in English and based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time.
