Junior Key Account Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to join KH7 Lloreda, a family-owned leader in home cleaning and personal hygiene solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow and make a real impact in our business while working remotely. As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be pivotal in building strong relationships with key accounts and driving our brand strategy.

What You'll Do

• Establish and nurture trust-based relationships with key accounts.
• Collaborate with the team to define brand strategy in the channel.
• Drive continuous improvement in margins and results.
• Optimize logistics and operational processes for enhanced service delivery.
• Maximize distribution of strategic assortments in your accounts.
• Enhance brand performance and category development.
• Monitor objectives and results with the team.
• Design and implement growth plans aligned with our strategy.
• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities (sell-out and P&L).
• Connect clients with the organization to generate greater impact.
• Participate in cross-functional projects within the company.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Trade Marketing (FMCG).
• Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills to build trust with clients.
• Ability to adapt quickly and make decisions in dynamic environments.
• Proficient in office tools and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Fluent in English (C1 level).

• Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior.
