Junior Investment Proposal Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Investment Proposal Specialist to join our dynamic team at UBS. This remote position is ideal for individuals passionate about the financial industry and eager to contribute to generating new business. As a key member of our RFP team, you will help respond to detailed client questionnaires that showcase our products, people, and investment strategies.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and produce accurate, timely RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate closely with portfolio managers and investment specialists to enhance RFP responses and ensure key messages are effectively communicated.
• Maintain and improve the RFP database to ensure its accuracy and quality.
• Utilize data analytics tools to automate repetitive tasks and present insights clearly.
• Engage with sales teams globally, providing RFP responses on a wide range of investment products.

Requirements

• Investment knowledge across all asset classes.
• Studying for or having accomplished CFA or similar is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills, including familiarity with pivot tables, PowerBI, and SQL databases.
• Fluent in English with excellent writing and proofreading skills; additional European languages are a plus.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to set priorities effectively.
