About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Agent - German Speaking (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Raisin. As a Junior Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our German-speaking customers. This position allows you to work remotely while being part of a collaborative and international team.

What You'll Do

• Become an expert in our financial products and processes.
• Act as the primary contact for our customers, addressing inquiries via phone and email.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in customer service and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences through your friendly demeanor and effective communication skills.
• Handle inquiries related to account openings, investment processes, and basic tax questions professionally.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience on our platform.

Requirements

• Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred, regardless of industry.
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining priorities.
• Interest in complex topics and modern financial markets.
• Reside in Berlin or the surrounding area.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a FinTech environment.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
