Internal Engagement Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Internal Engagement Specialist to join our team at Metrea. This Internal Engagement Specialist remote position plays a pivotal role in enhancing collaboration and unity within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of both physical and virtual workspaces, ensuring that our teams are well-supported and engaged.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee the maintenance of a clean, well-organized, and resourced working environment, ensuring adequate inventory of office supplies and equipment, and manage relationships with external vendors to maintain operational efficiency.
• Support the framework planning, coordination, and delivery of internal events and team meetings to foster Teammate engagement.
• In coordination with the People Team, provide Onboarding Buddy support to ensure that new teammates are effectively integrated into the Metrea Ecosystem of frameworks and FIRMWARE.
• Support the management of inventory, distribution, and logistics of branded workwear and merchandise to support internal cohesion, events, and brand representation.
• Assist in the development and execution of Enterprise expansion initiatives, including workforce growth and office location planning.

Requirements

• Able to effectively prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and remain agile in responding to rapidly changing requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with teammates at all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with MS Office and fluent in the use of modern software tools and applications.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Practical experience in an administrative coordination role and experience in facilities management.

Nice to Have

• Experience in event planning and coordination.
• Knowledge of employee engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with budget management and tracking.
