IT Specialist - Remote Position

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Specialist remote who keeps systems secure, teams productive, and technology running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, supporting distributed teams, and working across IT infrastructure, tools, and security in a remote-first environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain IT systems, networks, and end-user devices.
• Provide remote technical support and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
• Administer cloud-based tools, SaaS platforms, and access controls.
• Ensure system security, data protection, and compliance best practices.
• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or improvements.
• Document IT processes, policies, and incident resolutions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking basics, and cloud tools.
• Experience with SaaS management, identity access, and endpoint security.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup or fast-scaling environment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• IT certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft, or similar).
