IT Operations Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an IT Operations Manager to join Ivy, a pioneering company in the FinTech space, building the world’s first programmable bank. This IT Operations Manager remote role is a unique opportunity to shape the IT landscape of a company that is set to revolutionize banking.

What You'll Do

• Own the entire IT infrastructure, including identity, access management, devices, and office connectivity.
• Design and implement a seamless internal tech stack that enhances productivity and security for all employees.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and build systems that support their workflows.
• Establish policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with SOC 2 standards.
• Lead the evaluation and consolidation of existing tools, ensuring the company has the best technology to support its mission.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Deep expertise in Google Workspace administration and modern IAM/MDM tools.
• Strong understanding of networking principles, including Wi-Fi 6 and Zero Trust architecture.
• Ability to treat IT as a product, focusing on user experience for employees.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance.
• Previous experience in a role that required significant autonomy.
