About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager - AI Delivery to join our team at Prime Therapeutics. This remote IT Manager position focuses on leading cross-functional technology teams to deliver innovative Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. You will play a vital role in shaping the future of pharmacy through technology, ensuring that our teams are aligned with organizational priorities and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop cross-functional technology teams focused on delivering AI solutions.
• Manage team performance through coaching, evaluation, and standardized performance metrics.
• Facilitate strong engagement with internal and external customers to address business needs and deliver measurable value.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, security, and financial policies across the IT ecosystem.
• Align IT strategy with organizational goals and regulatory requirements to promote long-term quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and business functions to identify solutions, improve execution, and drive innovation.
• Monitor performance against budget and development priorities to ensure accountability.
• Support enterprise initiatives by implementing methodologies and tools that enhance productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 6 years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• 2 years of people management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and business analysis capabilities.
• Ability to lead teams through shifting priorities and large-scale IT initiatives.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

Nice to Have

• Experience in PBM, healthcare, or regulated market environments.
• Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL).
• Experience interfacing with executive leadership.
• Experience leading fully remote teams.
