IT Administrator - Managed Services (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our Managed Services team at NetPlans. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while providing exceptional IT support to our clients. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing customer incidents, analyzing issues, and providing effective solutions. Our support model is not a traditional hotline; instead, we foster a personal and collaborative relationship with our clients.

What You'll Do

• Handle customer incidents and document them in our ticketing system.
• Conduct independent analysis and problem-solving for IT issues.
• Collaborate with specialized teams (e.g., Microsoft, Citrix, VMware) to deliver second and third-level support.
• Advise clients on IT infrastructure matters and provide conceptual support.
• Support clients both remotely and on-site, depending on their needs.

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in one or more of the following areas: Microsoft on-premise solutions, Windows Server Technology, Active Directory Services, Microsoft Exchange, Remote Desktop Services, Microsoft Cloud Solutions (Exchange Online/Hybrid, Intune/Endpoint, Office 365).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Experience in managing complex IT/server infrastructures.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
• Experience with ITIL practices.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
