Internship: Internal IT Control Assistant - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Intern for the position of Internal IT Control Assistant (Remote) to join our team at Arkema. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in internal controls, particularly in the realm of IT systems and cybersecurity. You will work closely with the Internal IT Control Manager, contributing to the enhancement of our internal control processes.

What You'll Do

• Assist in monitoring the application of internal control procedures, focusing on access rights management in critical applications such as SAP.
• Conduct periodic tests within IT systems, including SAP and other business applications.
• Participate in drafting and updating internal control procedures in both French and English.
• Engage in training and informational sessions regarding these procedures for stakeholders across various French and international subsidiaries.
• Attend team meetings and periodic seminars related to Internal Control.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree (Master 1 or Master 2) in business school, engineering school, or university, specializing in audit, internal control (IT), management control, or risk management.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with PowerBI and SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and pedagogical skills.
