Internal Communications Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will develop and implement effective communication strategies that ensure employees are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's purpose and values. As an Internal Communications Manager, you will manage all internal communication channels, create compelling content, and coordinate communication across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute internal communication plans and strategies that are timely and impactful.
• Support change management efforts, including corporate messaging, organizational updates, product launches, and compliance training.
• Create engaging content for various channels, including intranet, newsletters, emails, and digital platforms to keep employees informed and motivated.
• Manage and own internal communication channels such as intranet, newsletters, emails, and messaging boards.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure consistent messaging with content writing and support as required.

Requirements

• Qualification or relevant experience in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and social platforms.
• Proven experience in internal communications or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in change management communication.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of employee engagement strategies.
