What You'll Do

• Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies that promote a positive workplace culture.

• Manage internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, and digital platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and up-to-date.

• Organize and facilitate internal events, workshops, and meetings that foster collaboration and enhance team spirit.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in internal communications or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience in the AI or tech industry is a plus.
