Intern Database Development and Indicators - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Intern Database Development and Indicators to join our team remotely. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in transforming complex Excel files into structured, automated databases. This opportunity allows you to work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into the industrial tech sector.

What You'll Do

• Model a synthetic database from existing Excel files, focusing on cleaning, normalizing, and structuring tables.
• Implement advanced PowerQuery queries to import, transform, and consolidate data effectively.
• Automate the generation of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Load/Capacity, Lead Time, On-Time Delivery (OTD), and other production management metrics.
• Optimize calculation times and enhance the robustness of the solution.
• Contribute to data reliability and improve reporting processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a BAC +2/3 degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with database modeling and Excel is essential.
• Experience with PowerQuery or similar data transformation tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

• Previous internship or project experience in data analysis or database management.
