Integrated Marketing Lead - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Lead to join our remote team at RevenueCat. This Integrated Marketing Lead remote position will allow you to own and drive our biggest marketing initiatives, making a significant impact on our brand and helping developers monetize their applications effectively.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and execution of cohesive, multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our developer audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Content, Product Marketing Management (PMM), Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Shape the strategy for ambitious marketing initiatives, including brand campaigns and events, that engage our community and drive revenue growth.
• Audit existing marketing efforts to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, ensuring that all campaigns are impactful and cohesive.
• Utilize modern marketing tools and AI technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in running complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS or developer-focused environment.
• Strong ability to conceptualize and execute large-scale marketing initiatives while managing day-to-day tasks effectively.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Excellent understanding of the developer community and the ability to communicate authentically with this audience.
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing technologies to drive campaign success.

Nice to Have

• Experience in launching unconventional marketing campaigns that engage and excite the developer community.
• Background in content marketing or brand storytelling.
• Knowledge of subscription-based business models and monetization strategies.
