About the Role

We are looking for an Insurance Specialist to join our team at Debeka, a leading insurance provider in Germany. This remote opportunity allows you to contribute to a company that has been dedicated to the principle of 'Togetherness' since 1905. As an Insurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance and managing insurance obligations for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Review and initiate performance obligation assessments due to potential reporting violations.
• Process reporting violations, including drafting withdrawal and contestation letters.
• Prepare offers for special contract conditions and manage follow-up correspondence related to performance obligation assessments.
• Handle contract adjustments, withdrawals, and contestations effectively.
• Engage in customer-oriented phone conversations, providing clear and persuasive arguments even in challenging situations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Completed training as an insurance and finance clerk or a similar qualification, or as a social insurance specialist.
• Preferably knowledge in risk assessment or health insurance.
• Experience in conducting customer-oriented telephone conversations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience in health insurance services.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations in the insurance industry.
• Advanced negotiation skills.
