Insurance and Financial Services Trainee - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Insurance and Financial Services Trainee to join our dynamic team at Wüstenrot & Württembergische. This remote opportunity allows you to learn about our diverse insurance products and financial services while providing excellent customer service. As a trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Learn about the products offered by Württembergische Insurance and how to assist our clients effectively.
• Provide service-oriented support to customers, ensuring their needs are met both personally and digitally.
• Engage in independent work within our versatile agency environment, contributing your ideas and insights.
• Participate in training sessions that combine e-learning and in-person events for professional development.
• Prepare for your examinations with close personal guidance throughout your training.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife), Fachhochschulreife, or Abitur.
• Currently enrolled in a training program or pursuing a degree, or looking to change career paths.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people.
• Possession of a Class B driver's license at the start of your training.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in customer service or sales.
• Interest in the insurance and financial services industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Above-average compensation during your training years: €1,455, €1,532, and €1,620 gross, starting from September 1, 2026, plus vacation and Christmas bonuses.
