About the Role

We are seeking an Instructor of Upper School English to join our team in a remote capacity. This role offers the opportunity to serve in a Christ-centered school where faith, excellence, and relationships are central to everything we do.   • Integrate a biblically faithful Christian worldview into your teaching practices.
  • Establish and uphold consistent behavioral expectations in the classroom.
  • Communicate clear criteria for proficiency and provide timely feedback to students.
  • Analyze data to inform instruction and support student learning.
  • Participate actively in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) and school activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Teaching experience strongly valued.
  • Willingness to share Christian testimony and disciple students.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency with required CPA technology platforms.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in mentoring or coaching students.
