Installation Agent - Remote Position at Flatpay

About the Role

We are looking for an Installation Agent to join our team at Flatpay. As an Installation Agent, you will ensure the installation and activation of Flatpay solutions for our merchants, guiding them remotely from start to finish. This remote Installation Agent role is crucial for providing a smooth, high-quality onboarding experience and directly contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.

What You'll Do

• Ensure the installation of Flatpay solutions for new merchants.
• Conduct remote installations via phone, guiding clients step-by-step until full service is operational.
• Guarantee installations comply with quality standards and internal procedures.
• Provide a seamless and qualitative onboarding experience for merchants.
• Train merchants on how to use the Flatpay system effectively.
• Build trust with clients from the first contact.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and reassuring customer experience.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention efforts.
• Assist with re-installations or account reactivations as needed.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to installations.
• Escalate complex cases in collaboration with Support and Sales teams.
• Document each installation accurately in internal tools (CRM, tracking).
• Utilize Slack, CRM, and communication tools daily.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Support, and Retention teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer relations, onboarding, or support, preferably in a tech, fintech, or SaaS environment.
• Comfortable with IT tools and CRM systems; quick to learn new tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-oriented with a strong service mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone; fluent French is mandatory, professional English is a plus.
• A keen interest in technical subjects or payment solutions is a plus (not a prerequisite).
