About the Role

Join Dell Technologies as an Inside Sales Account Manager - SMB (Remote) and be part of a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. What You'll Do

  • Sell Dell’s products and services, focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing ones.
  • Support field sales executives while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Work with customers and partners to devise innovative solutions to business opportunities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of company technology to become a trusted advisor for customers.
  • Manage all bids and tenders efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Interest in IT and familiarity with our products and services.
  • Ability to identify how Dell’s offerings align with customer needs.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Previous experience in relationship selling is desirable.
