Information Security and Data Privacy Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Information Security and Data Privacy Specialist to join our team at Inter IKEA Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the vital area of cyber security within IKEA Supply. As an Information Security and Data Privacy Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and enhancing our information security and data privacy strategies.

What You'll Do

• Actively contribute to the implementation of the information security and data privacy agenda for IKEA Supply.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to foster a security-by-design culture.
• Assess business impact and risks related to information security and monitor remediation plans.
• Be an expert in one or more fields of information security to identify, prevent, and respond to risks and incidents.
• Support the implementation of Inter IKEA Group frameworks, standards, and best practices for information security and business continuity.
• Act as a backup for the Agile Delivery Lead, focusing on Agile rituals and supported by Jira.
• Collaborate with peers across Inter IKEA and IKEA to strengthen the franchise offer.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in information security or cyber security.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts related to cyber security.
• Ability to inspire and mobilize people towards clear objectives.
• Hands-on experience managing security risks.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for driving a risk-aware culture.
• Working knowledge of IT and digital organizations, particularly in information security and business continuity concepts.
• Curiosity and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Background in digital transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations.
