About the Role

We are seeking a Global Specialist in Logistics Coordination to join our team remotely. This position is crucial for enhancing the efficiency and agility of logistics services in humanitarian contexts. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our logistical contributions align with our quality standards and operational coherence.

What You'll Do

• Represent Atlas Logistics in project coordination spaces and ensure operational decisions are effectively communicated.
• Analyze and harmonize methods and procedures to maintain compliance with Atlas standards.
• Work closely with deployment and technical teams to facilitate project integration.
• Support pilot deployments and feasibility demonstrations, ensuring operational logistics are executed smoothly.
• Contribute to the documentation of lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in humanitarian logistics, including field missions and coordination roles.
• Strong expertise in multi-context humanitarian logistics.
• Excellent understanding of logistics processes and organizational structures.
• Ability to analyze and enhance methodological frameworks.
• Fluency in French and English is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with inter-organizational logistics systems.
• Proven track record in crisis response logistics.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chains.
