Information Security Analyst (ServiceNow IRM) - Remote

About the Role

We’re hiring an Information Security Analyst (ServiceNow IRM) remote to join our Information Assurance team within a financial services environment. This role is critical for maintaining security governance, risk management, and compliance, with a strong emphasis on the ServiceNow IRM platform.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain information security policies and standards.
• Support policy governance processes, including reviews and updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
• Design and assess security controls aligned with frameworks such as NIST and CIS.
• Perform control reviews and track remediation activities.
• Support and enhance ServiceNow IRM modules (Policy, Risk, Compliance, Audit).
• Assist with implementation, testing, and ongoing improvements of ServiceNow IRM.
• Create dashboards and reports for tracking compliance and risks.
• Partner with audit and compliance teams during assessments.
• Provide documentation and evidence for audits.
• Support security awareness initiatives and act as a subject matter expert for governance and compliance topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in information security, risk, or compliance.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and regulatory standards.

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow IRM Certification.
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA certifications.
• Knowledge of financial industry regulations and frameworks.
• Experience with risk assessments and third-party/vendor risk.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
