Team Leader - Dairy Production (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader for our Dairy Production department at Arla Foods. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while leading a team responsible for the daily operations of our automated dairy production facility. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in enhancing performance and development within the cream cheese department.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the daily operations of the Tapperi 3 department, ensuring optimal performance and planning.
• Maintain and enhance employee well-being and safety standards.
• Motivate and develop team members through effective coaching and leadership.
• Distribute tasks to meet both individual and collective goals.
• Contribute to continuous optimization and efficiency improvements in production processes.

Requirements

• Solid leadership experience or a relevant background in a dynamic environment.
• Passion for producing world-class food products with a focus on safety, quality, and optimization.
• Proficient in IT, OEE metrics, and SAP.
• Able to translate complex data into clear communication.
• Ability to motivate and engage colleagues and team members effectively.
• Systematic and structured work approach, with flexibility when tasks require it.
