Implementation Project Manager - Remote

About the Role

We're hiring an Implementation Project Manager to join our team at HiBob. This remote position is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage client projects that align with business objectives and customer expectations. As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that drive high-quality outcomes while ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Define and manage project scope in alignment with Statements of Work (SOW).
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle while monitoring progress against the plan.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and facilitating meetings.
• Track project budgets, costs, and resource utilization, analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with internal project governance frameworks and maintain delivery standards.
• Conduct lessons learned and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically leading complex SaaS implementations or customer-facing projects.
• Strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes, driving momentum and removing blockers.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and manage client expectations effectively.
• Understanding of financial aspects, including budgets, margins, and resource utilization.
• Proficient in problem-solving, with the ability to identify risks early and drive resolution.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy in planning and reporting.
• Strong communication skills, able to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Tech-savvy with a curiosity for learning new systems and tools; experience in HR tech is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certifications).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and CRM or PSA tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• A degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
